What we pick up automatically

  • IP address — used briefly for fraud checks and country-based pricing. Not kept long-term.
  • Browser and device info — collected through cookies so the site renders properly on your screen.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Setting up and running your IPTV subscription.
  • Sending your login credentials and the occasional service update.
  • Processing payments without storing the sensitive bits ourselves.

  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, only if you've accepted cookies.
  • Law enforcement — when we're legally required to hand something over.

9. Data Retention

We hold your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around for about 7 years because tax law says so.

11. Security

Everything between your device and our servers travels over HTTPS. Only authorised staff can touch subscriber data, and we review our security setup on a regular basis.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy might change as the service grows. When it does, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If anything material changes, we'll email subscribers about it.
